RDM (Remote Device Management) is an international universal two-way remote device management protocol derived from the DMX512 lighting standard. It effectively solves the core pain point of traditional DMX512 one-way signal transmission that cannot feed back equipment data.

Realizing two-way data interaction between the console and lamps, RDM supports remote modification of DMX addresses, channel parameters and dimming modes, as well as real-time monitoring of lamp voltage, temperature, service life and fault information.

Fully compatible with DMX512-A and perfectly matched with Art-Net protocol without additional wiring, it greatly reduces on-site operation and maintenance costs, improves the stability and debugging efficiency of lighting systems. It is widely applied in theaters, commercial performances, outdoor cultural tourism lighting and various professional stage lighting projects.
