Power Supply Check: Confirm voltage matching (commonly 220V), plug is secure, and power cord is undamaged.
Signal Connectivity: Ensure the DMX cable is firmly plugged in, and the address code dial settings correspond to the console channels.
Heat Dissipation Test: Observe whether the fan is running normally after powering on to avoid overheating due to prolonged high brightness.
The Secrets of Color Calibration
Want your lights to achieve the "milk tea color" or "starry blue" that your designer desires? Try these tips:
White Balance Calibration: Use a color temperature meter to check in pure white mode. If the deviation exceeds 300K, the light needs to be returned to the factory.
Color Mixing Uniformity: Observe the color wheel transition from a distance of 3 meters. If obvious color spots appear, it is recommended to clean the optical components.
Brightness Compensation: Control the brightness difference of R/G/B colors within 15% to avoid color distortion.
Quick Repair Solutions for Common Problems
Don't rush to send your lights for repair when they malfunction. 80% of problems can be solved on-site:
Signal Loss: Check if the terminating resistor is enabled. The total line length is recommended not to exceed 150 meters.
Flickering Abnormalities: Turn off other high-power devices. Connect a separate power supply to avoid interference.
Color Deviation Repair: Reset the light fixture parameters. For severely aged LED modules, it is recommended to replace them in batches.
