1. Panel Light Aluminum Frame: This is the main channel for LED heat dissipation. It has a simple and elegant appearance. ZY0907 aluminum frames can be used, as die-casting reduces mold opening and processing costs. Die-cast aluminum frames can have a higher IP rating, better surface texture, and a more aesthetically pleasing overall look, but the initial mold investment is higher.

2. LED Light Source: 3528 LED chips are commonly used, although some use 3014 and 5050. 3014 and 5050 are cheaper, but their luminous efficacy is slightly lower, and the key issue is the difficulty in designing their light guide dot pattern. 3528 chips have higher luminous efficacy and better versatility.

3. LED Light Guide Plate: This plate refracts the light from the side LEDs through the dot pattern, ensuring the light is evenly directed from the front. The light guide plate is a crucial point for quality control in LED panel lights. Poor dot pattern design results in poor overall luminous efficacy, typically manifesting as a bright center and dark edges, bright bands at the light entry points, visible dark areas, or inconsistent brightness at different angles. Improving the luminous efficiency of a light guide plate primarily depends on the design of the dot matrix, and secondly on the quality of the sheet material. However, there's no need to blindly trust top-tier brand materials; the light transmittance of qualified materials is usually negligible. Small LED light factories often purchase generic light guide plates directly, eliminating the need for redesign. Generic plates used by many manufacturers are generally of acceptable quality.

4. LED Diffuser Plate: This plate evenly directs the light from the light guide plate and also blurs the dot matrix effect. Diffuser plates typically use 2.0mm acrylic sheets or PC material; lower-quality materials include PS. Acrylic is cheaper and has slightly higher light transmittance than PC, but it is brittle and has weaker aging resistance. PC is slightly more expensive but has stronger aging resistance. After installation, the diffuser plate should not show any dot matrix, and its light transmittance should be around 90%. Acrylic has a light transmittance of 92%, PC 88%, and PS approximately 80%. Manufacturers can choose the diffuser plate material based on their needs; most manufacturers use acrylic.

5. Reflective Paper: Reflects residual light from the back of the light guide plate to improve luminous efficiency; typically RW250.

6. Back Cover Plate: Primarily seals the LED panel light; usually made of 1060 aluminum, and also provides some heat dissipation.

7. Driver Power Supply: There are two types of LED driver power supplies: one uses a constant current power supply, which is highly efficient with a power factor (PF) of up to 0.95, offering excellent cost-effectiveness; the other uses a constant voltage/constant current power supply, which is stable but less efficient and more expensive. This latter type is mainly used for export, where certifications are required, necessitating the use of safety-compliant power supplies. In fact, constant current power supplies are very safe for home use because users rarely have access to the power source, and the lamp itself uses safe low-voltage electricity.

8. Mounting Accessories: Suspension wires, mounting brackets, and other accessories used for installation and fixation.

From a quality control perspective, investing additional funds in LED light sources and LED light guide plates is the most effective way to improve luminous efficiency. From a marketing perspective, investing additional funds in aluminum frame cover plates and other accessories can enhance the product's perceived quality.
